Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a Clinical Transport RN for neonatal care to provide advanced level nursing during mobile medical transport operations. You will manage airway, ventilator settings, and invasive procedures in dynamic pre-hospital and interfacility settings.

The role requires expertise in critical care, aviation transport, and autonomous decision-making outside the hospital, with a solid foundation in safety and ethics. Night shift; 40 hours weekly; 7 p.m.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in appropriate state.
• EMT-P/parademic preferred within orientation or as required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data to determine care needs.
• Develop and implement a care plan for critical patients.
• Manage ventilator settings and hemodynamic therapies.
• Perform advanced procedures (intubation, central lines, chest decompression).
• Operate and troubleshoot transport equipment during flight/ground transport.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe transport and patient outcomes.
