Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Clinical Transport Nurse to deliver high‑level nursing care during mobile ground/air transports. You will assess and triage patients, manage ventilators, and perform advanced procedures in varying environments outside the hospital.

This role requires RN licensure, CNS/BSN preferred, and certifications in paramedics/EMT, with orientation toward aviation medicine and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN license.
• BSN preferred and emergency transport experience is valued.
• Certification in paramedic and EMT required or pursued within orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care with assessment and triage for transport patients.
• Operate advanced equipment, manage ventilator settings and hemodynamic parameters.
• Independently perform advanced practice procedures as per protocols and FAA requirements.
