RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Neonatology team in New Jersey. The role focuses on care for neonates, infants and children up to one year, with family-centered care and collaboration with neonatology to manage high and low acuity cases.

The position requires APN/PA licensure, NRP/BLS, CDS/DEA and NICU/PICU experience or appropriate certifications. Full-time scheduling is 36 hours across day/night shifts, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• CDS and DEA certification.
• Current NRP and BLS certification.
• APN or PA licensure with NICU/PICU certifications as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions in collaboration with a physician.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Perform procedures as necessary.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Communicate treatment plans clearly with patients and families.
• Stay current with medical guidelines and engage in professional development.
• Participate in research or quality improvement projects as directed.
