Job description

The NNP Neonatalogy Nurse Practitioner (NNP)utilizes a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision-making. The Nurse Practitioner works collaboratively with the practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs. Seeking an experienced neonatal APN for JFKUMC in Edison.

mix of 8, 10 and 12 hours shifts, 3-4 times a week.

During the weekdays, there are 2 shifts: 6am-4pm; 3pm - 11pm and the weekend shifts are 7am-7pm, every 3rd weekend.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: 1. Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited nursing program. 2. Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. 3. Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education and clinical practice. 4. Experience in a relevant patient care setting (or as regulations dictate). 5.
