Job summary

Intermountain Health Cedar City Hospital is seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider to join a dedicated Southwest Utah Neonatology Team. You’ll circulate in a 24-bed Level III NICU and a growing Cedar City NICU presence, attending deliveries and guiding resuscitation, with a focus on keeping mothers and babies together when feasible.

You will work with 12-hour Cedar City days and 24-hour shifts in St George, collaborating with physicians and a multi-disciplinary team to provide

Qualifications

• Board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Board Certification for Physician Assistant with a Neonatal Fellowship
• Active Utah APRN or PA license
• DEA Certification (VBLS for Healthcare Providers)

Responsibilities

• Attend deliveries and provide immediate resuscitation support
• Care for neonates in the Level III NICU and special care nurseries
• Educate and collaborate with RNs, therapists, social workers, etc.
• Lead clinical care in Cedar City and St George while maintaining patient-family contact
