Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider to join our Utah Valley NICU team in Provo, UT. The role supports a 67-bed level III NICU with 18 Neonatologists and 37 Neonatal APPs, and also provides 24-hour coverage at a level II NICU in American Fork.

You'll work 36 hours per week on a flexible 12- or 24-hour schedule, with competitive hourly compensation and a strong benefits package. Board-certified neonatal NP or PA with fellowship qualifies.

Qualifications

• Board certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or, for Physician Assistant, board certification and completion of a 1-year Neonatal Fellowship.
• Active Utah APRN or PA license and ability to obtain prior to starting employment
• Federal DEA Certificate II–V
• BLS for Healthcare Providers
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health credentialing process
• Candidates requiring visa sponsorship will be reviewed individually

Responsibilities

• Support Utah Valley Geography with a team of 18 Neonatologists and 37 Neonatal APPs in a Level III NICU.
• Primary location at Utah Valley Hospital's 67-bed NICU in Provo, with 24-hour coverage at a Level II NICU in American Fork Hospital.
• Report to an AP Director who is a practicing Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.
• Full-time schedule averaging 36 hours per week, with 12- or 24-hour increments.
• Relocation and student loan assistance programs available (up to $7,500 and $12,000 respectively).
