Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Neonatal Advanced Practice Provider to support a Level III NICU in Provo, Utah, with additional coverage at a Level II NICU in American Fork Hospital. The role involves collaborating with a large neonatology team and working under an AP Director who is also a Neonatal NP.

Full-time position with a structured schedule and opportunities for professional development through Intermountain Health’s PEAK program. Competitive hourly pay and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or, for PAs, board certification plus a 1-year Neonatal Fellowship.
• Active Utah APRN or PA license and Controlled Substance license or the ability to obtain before starting.
• Federal DEA Certificate II-V.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers Certification.
• Ability to complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.
• Visa sponsorship cases reviewed individually.

Responsibilities

• Provide neonatal APP coverage in the Level III NICU in Provo, UT.
• Provide coverage in the Level II NICU at American Fork Hospital.
• Collaborate with 18 neonatologists and 37 neonatal APPs.
• Deliver high-quality care and excellent patient experience with the care team.
• Report directly to an AP Director who is a Neonatal NP.
