RWJBarnabas Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Neonatology team in New Jersey. The role focuses on care for neonates, infants and children up to one year, with family-centered care and collaboration with neonatology to manage high and low acuity cases.

The position requires APN/PA licensure, NRP/BLS, CDS/DEA and NICU/PICU experience or appropriate certifications. Full-time scheduling is 36 hours across day/night shifts, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Job Overview:

The Neonatal Advanced Practice Providerprovides health care to neonates, infants and children up to one year of age. The APP provides care for critically ill premature and full-term infants with emphasis place on family centered culturally diverse sensitive care. In collaboration with the Neonatologist, the APPhas daily responsibility for the assessment and management of patients in high and low acuity.

The Advanced Practice Provider practices in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a continuum of primary, acute and or subspecialty healthcare to their patients.

They enhance the quality of care through education and clinical practice utilizing advanced practice, knowledge and research.

Pay Transparency:

Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year

The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

General Requirements:

• CDS and DEA
• Current NRP and BLS certification

APN Specific Requirements:

• APN License
• RN License
• One of the following
  • NNP Certification with NICU RN experience
  • Primary Care Pediatric NP Certification withAPP experience in an inpatient setting
  • Acute Care Pediatric NP Certification with PICU setting procedural experience as an APP

PA Specific Requirements:

• PA License
• PICUprocedural experience or NICU experience as an APP
• NCCPA

Scheduling Requirements:

• Full Time
• 36 hrs (12hr shifts: day/night/weekends/holidays)
