Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program or Master's in Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Current PA license in PA or CRNP license with PA RN license or multi-state eNLC.
• National board certification (AANP or ANCC).

Responsibilities

• Performs APP duties within scope of practice as per department description (50%).
• Manages department: hiring/termination, coaching, budgeting, policies, and staff organization (20%).
• Monitors patient satisfaction, addresses complaints, and tracks volumes and revenue (10%).
• Ensures regulatory compliance and manages CME education (10%).
• Implements ongoing education and CME approvals (10%).
• Other duties as assigned.
