Job summary

Health Ride Plus Inc. seeks a dedicated Non-Emergency Medical Van Driver to transport ambulatory passengers to medical appointments and other approved destinations. You will deliver friendly service, assist passengers as needed, and communicate status updates to dispatch.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, keeping the vehicle clean, completing logs, and participating in training and on-call rotations. Pennsylvania requires a valid license and clean driving record for this role.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania driver’s license with a valid driving record is required.
• Background checks and drug/alcohol testing must be cleared.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow assigned schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport ambulatory passengers on assigned routes.
• Assist passengers according to their approved level of service.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and communicate trip updates to dispatch.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe vehicle.
• Complete trip logs, manifests, and required documentation.
• Participate in required training and on-call rotation.
