The team operates under Beacon Mobility with a commitment to safety and passenger care. Responsibilities include safe transport, operating lifts, securing wheelchairs, and maintaining vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug/alcohol testing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• NEMT or transportation experience preferred.
• Ability to complete required wheelchair securement and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and assist passengers.
• Operate wheelchair lifts and ramps.
• Properly secure wheelchairs and passenger restraints.
