• Minimum of two years’ experience related to non-emergency medical operations.
• Driving record in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations to meet organizational goals and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze markets and plan capacity to meet demand for healthcare services.
• Ensure optimal service levels to agencies, hospitals, and medical community; improve processes for quality service.
• Negotiate contracts and modify provisions; resolve issues with community groups and agencies.
• Plan and monitor operating budgets; participate in marketing and business development to grow revenues and reduce costs.
• Direct and integrate clinical management; ensure compliance with policies and procedures, OSHA and other laws.
