Job summary

SST Mobility is hiring Experienced NEMT Drivers in Tennessee to transport clients to medical appointments, rehabilitation services, dialysis appointments, and community programs.

Base pay ranges from $15 to $16.75 per hour, with premium rates up to $18 per hour, plus a $500 sign-on bonus and a monthly safety bonus up to $200. Paid training and NEMT certification are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 1 year of transportation experience preferred.
• Experience scheduling passenger pickup/drop-offs.
• Ability to lift 40–70 pounds.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to complete required training and certification.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prioritizes safety and attention to detail.

Schedule

Drivers must be available:

• Monday - Friday
• Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Up to 40 hours per week

Occasional weekend shifts may be available and are paid at the premium rates.
