Job summary

SST Mobility is hiring experienced drivers to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for clients to medical appointments, rehabilitation services, and community programs.

Positions include NEMT Drivers and Wheelchair Transport Drivers with guaranteed schedules, premium pay opportunities, sign-on bonuses, and full benefits. No overnight or long-haul driving; routes planned ahead with strong dispatch support.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 1 year of prior experience in transportation preferred.
• Experience scheduling passenger pickups and drop-offs.
• Ability to lift, move, push, and/or pull equipment: up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check per state and company standards.
• Willingness to complete required training and certification.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize safety while on the road.

• Wheelchair Transport Drivers
• Patient Transport Drivers
• Paratransit / Shuttle Drivers
• Healthcare experience such as CNA, EMT, or caregiving is also valued
• Drivers that live within 30 minutes of Nashville are ideal

Schedule

Drivers must be available:

• Monday - Friday
• Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Up to 40 hours per week

Occasional weekend shifts may be available and are paid at the premium rates.
