Qualifications

  • Education options: HS +7 yrs experience; Associate +5 yrs; Bachelor's +3 yrs; Master's +1 yr.
  • Experience in project management, neighborhood revitalization, local government, or related fields.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage a portfolio of neighborhood projects with scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Build partnerships with residents, businesses, and agencies to advance neighborhood revitalization.
  • Plan community engagement activities and document feedback for project strategies.
  • Monitor progress, track risks, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support procurement, contracting, and budget tracking for projects.
