Responsibilities

  • Receive daily complaints and determine course of action; inform property owners, builders, and developers of concerns.
  • Conduct field investigations and inspections to assess violations and ensure compliance with city codes.
  • Prepare and present enforcement cases, reports, and notices; coordinate with legal staff and Administrative Law Judge as needed.
  • Coordinate enforcement activities with Planning and Building divisions and other city departments.
