Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biological science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years pathology lab experience; 6–12 months supervisory role preferred.
• ALAT or above certification preferred; must be able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and supervision of staff.
• Manage inventory and supply ordering.
• Oversee development of special procedures and technical processes.
• Provide guidance and training to staff.
• Supervise sample receipt, handling, tracking, transfer, and shipping.
