Job summary

The Outreach Team in Fremont, Nebraska is seeking a Field Director to train canvassers and lead by example. You will manage 40–60 hourly staff who will talk to voters about local clean energy storage projects and build community support for a reliable, affordable energy future.

The Field Director sets goals, tracks progress, and reports to the Lead Director while maintaining a safe, inclusive work environment; preference for local candidates and strong leadership in equity are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with ability to motivate and manage a large team.
• Willingness to canvass several days a week and work long hours.
• Commitment to equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead canvass team and train staff in the field.
