The Outreach Team in Beatrice, Nebraska is seeking Field Directors to lead canvass operations, train staff in the field, and drive community conversations about local energy projects.

You will manage 40–60 hourly staff, set goals, monitor progress, and promote equity and inclusion while upholding safety and reporting duties. Local knowledge and willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, are valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 40–60 hourly staff canvassing door-to-door.
• Lead canvassing and train staff to meet office goals.
• Set goals and hold staff accountable.
• Provide ongoing motivation and support to staff.
• Identify and train a leadership team.
• Build a diverse team and foster equity and justice.
• Implement quality control and ensure safety.
• Handle administrative duties including reporting data and payroll.
