This entry-level role requires no prior experience and offers hands-on training in a manufacturing environment. You will work under Level 2/3 supervision, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to meeting quality specifications while developing foundational NDT skills.

Qualifications

• Basic English to read and interpret planning/work orders.
• Ability to perform basic shop math (fractions/decimals).
• Ability to use micrometers, calipers, etc.
• Read and interpret work instructions and prints/dimensions.
• Must pass Level 1 or 2 theory/practical exams in at least one method within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Work safely following PPE and safety guidelines.
• Gain experience under direct supervision of Level 2/3 NDT Tech.
• Adhere to quality processes to meet specs.
• Interpret work orders accurately.
• Perform basic NDT support tasks (staging, etc.).
• Collaborate with team and assist as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
