Pacer Healthcare is seeking an NDT Technician 3 to perform non-destructive testing on sheet metal aircraft components using Radiographic and Digital X-Ray methods.

You will follow technique sheets, review drawings and specs, create and evaluate inspection plans, and document findings in the paperless system, ensuring all customer requirements are met before release. Shift: 1st, 4x10s, M-TH, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Certified in FPI, Radiographic and Digital X-Ray Inspection.
• Able to read manufacturing plans, engineering blueprints and sketches.
• Knowledge of shop math and precision measurement equipment.
• Audits and verifies NDT procedures and results.

Responsabilités

• Perform non-destructive testing on a variety of sheet metal aircraft components.
• Follow NDT technique sheets and ensure revisions meet customer requirements.
• Create, evaluate and approve technique sheets used in FPI, Radiographic and Digital X-Ray inspection.
• Document inspection findings and verify customer requirements prior to release.
• Audit performance and, if needed, provide corrective actions.
