Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC)Ogden site is seeking an entry-level NDT Technician Level I for 1st shift. The role focuses on penetrant, X-ray, and magnetic particle inspections to certify parts per customer specs. You will operate NDT equipment and support engineering on process issues.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of aerospace NDT exposure, understand blueprints, and can read specifications. A high school diploma or GED is required and a sign-on bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of NDT experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.
• Able to read and interpret specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Performs penetrant, X-ray, and magnetic particle inspections and interprets results.
• Certifies product in conformance with customer specifications and maintains traceability.
• Operates vapor degreaser and performs process checks.
• Performs preventive maintenance and calibrations on NDT equipment.
• Interacts with engineers on scrap, rework and process issues.
• Ensures paperwork is properly completed.
