Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. in Santa Ana, CA, is seeking a NDT Technician to perform full non-destructive testing inspections with NAS410-compliant methods. The role requires certification and 1–2 years' experience, with attention to safety and quality.

You will work on-site in the Fasteners division, handling basic shop tasks, interpreting instructions, and contributing to NCR processes. The position includes overtime as needed and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification required
• Typically 1–2 years of experience
• GED or high school diploma preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute full NDT inspection processes, including equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Identify non-conforming product and begin NCR process
• Work safely under PPE and safety guidelines
• Interpret work orders and perform NDT tasks per NAS410-5.1.4 (FPI & MPI)
• Lift up to 35 lbs and work overtime as needed
