Job summary

Top Prospect Group, now part of HW Staffing Solutions, seeks an NDT Level III Specialist / Quality Engineer to lead on-site nondestructive testing (FPI, ETI, STI) and own NDT standards across the business.

This hands-on role supports internal operations and external suppliers, driving process improvement, and strengthening overall quality performance through audits, training, and calibration programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• NDT Level II or III certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience with AS, ISO, ASTM, Nadcap standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead NDT procedures, training programs, and inspection docs.
• Administer exams for NDT personnel.
• Make final accept/reject decisions on NDT-evaluated products.
• Lead root cause investigations using Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D.
• Perform Cp, Cpk, GR&R and MSA analyses.
• Track KPIs and Cost of Quality to drive improvements.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
