Top Prospect Group is seeking an NDT Level III Specialist in Winsted, CT. This role involves leading on-site nondestructive testing activities, including FPI, ETI, and STI, while supporting both internal operations and external suppliers. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of AS, ISO, ASTM standards, and experience with quality tools. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience is required, while NDT Level II or III certification is preferred. Qualifications
Strong knowledge of AS, ISO, ASTM standards and Nadcap requirements.
Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Pareto, GR&R, DOE, and statistical analysis.
NDT Level II or III certification preferred or ability to obtain.
Responsibilities
Lead and maintain all on-site nondestructive testing activities.
Develop and maintain NDT procedures, training programs, and documentation.
Lead root cause investigations using Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D methodologies.
Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
