Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream seeks an Inspection Manager to oversee NDE and inspection activities across pipelines, tanks, and pressure equipment. You will onboard inspectors, define methods, and ensure QA/QC, documentation, and compliance with Asset Integrity standards.

Lead a team, coordinate with Project Management and Operations, review procedures and records, manage MOC changes, and promote best practices across locations. Travel may be required and API/ASME knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in inspection, mechanical integrity, or asset integrity.
• Experience coordinating inspectors, NDE technicians, contractors, QA/QC activities.
• Leadership or program management experience with contractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection and NDE activities for pipelines, terminals, tanks, and pressure equipment.
• Onboard contractor inspectors and NDE personnel to HF Sinclair Midstream standards and procedures.
• Define inspection and NDE methods, documents, acceptance criteria, and reporting requirements.
• Verify qualifications and training of personnel; maintain qualification records.
• Administer QA/QC requirements and site documentation; ensure records are complete and audit-ready.
• Engage in surveillance, audits, and change management for inspection activities.
• Provide technical leadership on evaluation of results, damage mechanisms, and repair recommendations.
