Job summary

ROSEN USA, Inc. in Houston seeks a Project Manager to oversee in-line inspection surveys from inception to completion. You will work across departments to validate specs, coordinate resources, and manage client communications throughout the survey lifecycle.

The role requires a four-year degree, experience in oil & gas, and strong analytical and communication skills. Limited relocation may apply; hybrid/onsite options exist for certain positions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred.
  • Oil & Gas experience, especially in In-Line (ILI) pipeline inspections.
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation processes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Validate commercial, technical, and contractual specs with Sales; ensure survey adheres to guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Field Service to allocate resources for surveys.
  • Inform Area Sales Manager of client-requested changes during the survey life cycle.
  • Collaborate with the client to gather inspection, testing and data handling parameters.
  • Set timeframes for tool prep, mobilization equipment, and staffing.
  • Follow up with Field Service on survey status and deviations.
  • Ensure survey completion within the client’s specified timeframe.

ROSEN USA, Inc. based in Houston, TX seeks to employ a Project Manager to manage awarded in-line inspection surveys from inception to completion.

What will I be doing?

The Project Manager will work closely with members of multiple departments and will perform the following:

  • Work in close cooperation with the Sales Manager to validate commercial, technical and contractual specifications (terms & conditions) for the assigned survey and to ensure that the survey is in accordance with ROSEN's defined guidelines.
  • Work in close cooperation with the Field Service Coordinators to determine the available resources that will be utilized.
  • Will advise the Area Sales Manager of any changes requested by the client throughout the survey's life cycle.
  • Will work closely with the client to gather the inspection, testing and data handling parameters necessary for the survey.
  • Determine the time frame for preparing inspection tools, gathering equipment for mobilization, and staff necessary for the survey.
  • Follow-up with the Field Service Coordinators on the status of the survey and any deviations that may have occurred.
  • Ensure that the survey is completed with accuracy and within the clients requested time frame.

Additional Qualifications Or Skills
  • Previous project management experience
  • Oil & Gas experience; preferably in the In-Line (ILI) Pipeline Inspection sector.
  • Knowledge of contract negotiation process
  • Ability to travel
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Four year (Bachelors) degree, PMP Certification preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of the respective industry recognized standards used in pipeline inspection.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to make good decisions under pressure as well as the ability to accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
  • Excellent analytic and problem solving skills.
  • A self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team
