Job summary

MISTRAS Group in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day lab operations, schedule projects and technicians, and ensure customer service aligns with project specifications. This role oversees HR practices, safety education, and financial performance, while maintaining strong customer relations and timely responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in the nondestructive testing (NDT) or related field.
• Strong knowledge of nondestructive testing.
• Strong communication skills to promote good team environment.
• Sales and/or marketing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and costs within department.
• Supervise personnel within the Operations Support Department relating to projects and customer calls.
• Provide problem solving with clear recommendations to management.
• Use KPI to increase customer value and monitor performance.
• Responsible for division Profit and Loss statements and economic performance.
