Job summary

MISTRAS Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Level III NDT Technician to lead NDT operations, interpret codes and standards, and develop procedures. You will oversee qualification/certification programs and collaborate with industry bodies to ensure compliance and technical excellence.

A strong background in multiple NDT methods and training delivery is required. Responsibilities include updating certification processes, maintaining procedures, and supporting budgets and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Current ASNT NDE Level III certificate required.
• Adequate knowledge in the NDE method responsible (MT/PT/UT/ET/VT/RT).
• Ability to interpret codes, standards and procedures.
• Effective communication with supervisor and colleagues.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Review and update NDT certification examinations to ensure effective assessments.
• Develop and maintain NDT specifications and technical procedures.
• Support training initiatives and communicate requirements to branch personnel.
• Represent the company with ASME, API, ASTM and other bodies as needed.
• Establish and track key performance indicators and program compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
