Job summary

MISTRAS Group, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Level III NDT Technician to oversee NDT operations, interpret results per codes and standards, and develop and approve procedures.

The role focuses on qualification and certification programs, procedures, and training support to ensure compliance. Responsibilities include maintaining NDT technical procedures, reviewing examinations, and engaging with customers on technical issues.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical school or college credits preferred.
• Must possess a current ASNT NDE Level III certificate in the NDT method responsible; and possess knowledge in the NDE method.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Periodically review and update NDT certification examinations.
• Recommend program improvements and revise procedures as needed.
• Develop and maintain NDT specifications and supporting documentation.
• Assist in budget preparation for related programs.
• Provide training to personnel and customers to ensure program compliance.
• Maintain awareness of applicable regulations and communicate requirements.
