Applied Technical Services (ATS) seeks Level II UTSW Technicians for shipyard contract assignments near Charleston, SC. The role offers competitive pay at $55/hr and per diem per current GSA rates, with overtime as needed.

Level II MT/PT/VT positions are also available. Pay rate for non-UTSW positions varies by BOc and experience. This is a contract position with potential for extended work and safety program participation.

Qualifikationen

• Level II UTSW qualification with documented training.
• Certification of UT Level I and UT Level II/UTSW Level II training meeting SNT-TC-1A.
• Documented On the Job Training signed by an SNT-TC-1A Level III or Supervisor.
• NAVSEA or shipyard work experience preferred.
• Additional NDT certs (VT/MT/PT) are a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Perform NDT examinations of materials per NAVSEA procedures and specs.
• Set up and use NDT testing equipment.
• Report results and organize written instructions for examinations.
• Interface with managers and clients to determine scope and priorities.
• Work independently and support team members.
• Participate in ATS and Client Safety Programs.
