Marmen Inc. in Brandon, SD seeks an NDT inspector – Wind Tower to perform non-destructive inspections using magnetic particle, ultrasonic and visual methods. You will install and calibrate equipment and document results.

Candidates must complete NDT training and pass exams, be able to work at heights, lift 25–50 lbs, and distinguish colors with 20/20 vision. Outdoor conditions apply during inspections and testing.

Qualifications

• Must have completed NDT theory and practical training and pass related exams.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, lift 25–50 lbs.
• Good color vision (20/20) or better.
• Experience applying inspection procedures per customer specs and standards.

Responsabilités

• Perform non-destructive inspections to meet quality standards and detect defects.
• Conduct magnetic particle, visual and ultrasonic inspections per procedures and standards.
• Install and calibrate required inspection equipment.
• Verify equipment operation and calibration validity.
• Analyze test results and report non-conformities to supervisor.
• Complete quality and production documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Quality Manager.
