Job summary

Staffmark Group in Blytheville, AR seeks an NDT Inspector for a direct-hire role. The position is on-site with 12-hour rotating shifts and pay between $21.71 and $37.46 per hour.

You will perform nondestructive testing, ensure quality standards, and document results to guarantee product integrity before shipment. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in NDT or QA environments, strong attention to detail, and ability to work safely in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in NDT inspections or a related quality assurance environment.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour rotating shifts, and perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching, crouching, and walking in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in visual inspections, magnetic field verification, fluid concentration checks, UV/white-light testing, and defect identification.
• Strong record-keeping and data-entry skills with traceable inspection documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• NDT certification or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Commit to health, safety, and environmental policies; report potential risks and unsafe conditions.
• Ensure product quality complies with defined standards; actively report deviations.
• Perform nondestructive testing activities including instrument checks, magnetism setup, fluid concentration verification, UV/white-light inspections, part marking, and re-inspection processes.
• Ensure instruments are labeled with correct expiration dates and are functioning properly.
• Update tracking systems and records with accurate test results for product traceability.
• Identify and mark rejected parts for cutting or re-work; execute pipe repairs and re-inspections as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and participating in improvement activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; understand how tasks contribute to the overall process.
