Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform nondestructive testing and inspections at various client sites.

The ideal candidate holds multiple NDT certifications (RT, MT, PT, UT, VT, etc.) and demonstrates professionalism in the field, ensuring data accuracy, client satisfaction, and safety compliance. Responsibilities include interpreting results, guiding assistants, calibrating equipment, and coordinating with managers on job scope.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, and other site access credentials.
• NDT Level II qualifications or better; multiple methods preferred.
• Familiarity with digital reporting systems or NDT data software.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and applicable codes.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results accurately.
• Supervise and guide NDT Assistants and field staff.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on job scope and results.
• Maintain detailed records and safety documentation.
• Uphold radiation safety practices where applicable.
