Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites. The role requires multiple NDT methods (RT, MT, PT, UT, VT, etc.) and strict adherence to safety and data accuracy.

Ideal candidates hold Level II certifications and have experience with digital reporting. Travel to various locations is expected, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain TWIC, DISA, or site access credentials.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document test results with proper forms or digital platforms.
• Supervise NDT Assistants and support personnel in field operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients on scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports and safety documentation.
