Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking a certified NDT/NDE Technician to perform non-destructive testing at client sites. The role requires evaluating results, documenting findings, and ensuring safety and quality across field operations.

The ideal candidate will hold multiple NDT Level II certifications or equivalents, maintain equipment, and coordinate with project teams on site access and scope. Travel to various locations is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Must obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.
• Ability to document results and communicate clearly to peers, clients, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform nondestructive testing using certified methods per TEAM procedures, client specs, and applicable codes.
• Accurately interpret, evaluate, and document test results with appropriate forms or digital systems.
• Supervise and guide NDT Assistants and support personnel in field operations.
• Calibrate and operate NDT equipment safely and effectively.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients regarding scope, access, and results.
• Maintain detailed records including reports, time sheets, and safety documentation.
• Adhere to radiation safety practices where applicable and use dosimetry and area barricading as required.
• Uphold TEAM’s safety protocols and professional standards.
