Job summary

BENTELER Group in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Maintenance professional to coordinate NDT equipment maintenance, support PM programs, and ensure safety compliance.

You will apply Root Cause Analysis, contribute to 5S/Lean initiatives, and coordinate repairs via SAP while planning outages and training maintenance staff. 1–3 years in industrial maintenance, SAP experience, and strong mechanical knowledge of NDT equipment are preferred; hydraulic/pneumatic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in general industrial maintenance.
• SAP Maintenance module experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of NDT equipment.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance of equipment specific to NDT.
• Assist in development of work procedures, PMs and LOTO.
• Participate in 5S and Lean programs and continual improvements.
• Apply Root Cause Analysis to process issues.
• Be an active safety advocate.
• Follow all company rules and policies.
• Coordinate repairs using SAP.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Assign daily maintenance activities.
• Provide training and support to maintenance personnel.
• Plan weekly and yearly outages.
