Job summary

Acuren is seeking Full Time Nested NDT Assistants to support operations in Bellingham, Washington. Local candidates are preferred, with a 30-mile radius consideration; typical duties include NDT Calibrations, nondestructive testing, and recording results per written instructions.

Responsibilities include setting up NDT equipment, assisting radiographers, conducting tests to detect defects, and performing related tasks.

Qualifications

• NDT knowledge and calibration experience are preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred, technical background desired.
• Must meet background check and driving record requirements; possess or obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and use NDT equipment.
• Assist Radiographers with calibration and NDT procedures.
• Conduct tests to detect defects and record results.
• Carry equipment and perform related tasks as needed by management.
