Responsibilities

• Deliver the structured recognized lifestyle-change curriculum, support attendance, activity and healthy eating goals, and maintain program data.
• Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing and quality teams.
• Maintain confidentiality, respect participant choice, communicate service gaps promptly, and follow role-specific policies and professional scope.
• Participate in orientation, competency review and quality improvement.
