Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a(n) NCT - Medical Assistant to join our team, ensuring high-quality, efficient patient care. If you believe patient care is meaningful, we want you to apply!

Responsibilities include:

1. Taking vital signs, collecting lab specimens, performing EKGs, administering IM injections.
2. Performing all x-ray/imaging services as ordered, updating patient charts.
3. Collecting patient history and documenting in EHR.
4. Applying splints, dressings, and bandages.
5. Assisting with check-in/check-out, auditing charts.
6. Maintaining records and logs for lab activities.
7. Keeping patients and visitors informed.

Qualifications:

1. At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
2. Experience with EHR systems beneficial.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
4. Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or approved BOTP program required.
5. State license as GMRT, LMRT, or NCT required.
6. Current certification from AAMA preferred.
7. Current BLS certification required within 30 days of start.
8. Must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol and Drug Screening Certifications within 3 months.
