Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, field service, composites, quality, repair, or related technical operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with ability to interpret drawings, specs, and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze non-conforming wind turbine blade components and determine repair or reconstruction solutions.
• Review engineering drawings and repair instructions to identify corrective actions.
• Develop, perform, and communicate repair procedures and work instructions.
• Lead and support repair activities in manufacturing facilities and at customer sites.
• Train and mentor NCR Associates on repair techniques, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain repair documentation, travel records, and time reporting accurately.
• Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to resolve issues and improve processes.
