USS Wind LLC, a division of the CSS Industrial Group, seeks Level 3 Blade Repair Technicians to inspect, repair, and lead field teams on wind turbine blade projects across the U.S. This travel-intensive role requires strong technical skills and strict safety adherence.

The position offers full-time seasonal work with hourly pay, opportunities for certification, and comprehensive travel arrangements. Expect collaboration with engineering and operations on active projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in blade repair, composites, or similar mechanical work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence with a satisfactory record.
• Ability to travel extensively across the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and document blade damage with reports and photos.
• Perform coating and structural repairs on blades per engineering guidelines.
• Work at heights up to 300 ft using platform systems.
• Submit accurate service reports and daily work reports via mobile systems.
• Coordinate with Operations and Engineering teams on repairs.
