Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking candidates to join the Blade Repair Services (BRS) team in the United States, focusing on inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance of our North American turbine fleet. You will work on blade repair tasks, perform safety-focused maintenance, and support mobilization and equipment setup at various sites.

The role requires climbing turbines, working with composite materials, and coordinating with teams to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing and able to obtain and maintain an RWE-sponsored CDL if requested.
• GWO Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ONE RWE values in all activities.
• Perform safety-focused operation and maintenance on wind turbine blades.
• Climb wind towers and access turbines to execute composites repair & maintenance tasks.
• Assist mobilization of repair equipment to site and in major blade component replacement.
• Support platform and ground access composite repairs on multiple turbine manufacturers.
