Fortis College in Maryland is seeking an NCLEX Success Coach to guide nursing students toward high academic outcomes, licensure pass rates, and strong campus satisfaction. You will identify gaps, develop customized success plans, and monitor progress through coaching, data collection, and timely interventions.

The role requires an active RN license, a BSN (MSN preferred), several years of nursing education or clinical practice, and the ability to work with diverse students.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BSN degree required; MSN preferred.
• Minimum three years as nursing faculty or similar role plus 4 years RN clinical practice.
• Ability to collaborate, lead groups and work with diverse students.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong judgment and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with technology in academic advising.

Responsibilities

• Meet with students before graduation and after to analyze gaps and create a tailored success plan.
• Regularly review each student's progress and adjust the plan.
• Monitor graduates' performance and NCLEX pass rates and report findings to leadership.
• Follow up with students who miss coaching meetings and coordinate with the Dean and National Director for further action.
• Maintain an active, detailed coaching log and spreadsheet for all students.
• Collect and analyze data on graduate outcomes and NCLEX results.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure consistent attendance.
• Attend required meetings and contribute to program goals.
