Qualifications
- MSN required; doctoral degree preferred.
- Current, unrestricted RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience across specialties.
- Minimum two years’ NCLEX coaching experience.
- Experience in nursing education or student coaching preferred.
- Evidence of teaching effectiveness and nursing program accreditation knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Provide NCLEX coaching and academic support for nursing students.
- Deliver quality instruction and feedback; create remediation plans.
- Track NCLEX readiness and outcomes for coached students.
- Lead NCLEX prep workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Assist with BON and PearsonVue registrations for students.
- Collaborate with faculty on high-risk students and campus events.
- Attend faculty meetings and contribute to program development.
