Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) required.
Responsibilities
- Implements NCLEX resources and materials for students.
- Provides quality instruction to nursing students.
- Develops individualized remediation plans for students not performing well on Exit/remedial exams.
- Tracks NCLEX pass rates for coached students.
- Conducts NCLEX prep workshops and 1:1 coaching.
- Assists students with BON and Pearsonvue registration.
- Collaborates with faculty on high-risk students.
- Performs duties designated by the program director.
- Works with librarians on course and collection development.
