Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Recent elite NCAA collegiate student-athlete or professional softball experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NCAA, Big Ten, and university rules and regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, scouting, and coaching for the NCAA Division I program.
• Coordinate travel and manage program administration.
• Support fundraising and regulatory compliance with NCAA/Conference/University rules.
