Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year of successful softball coaching experience at camp/clinic, high school, or collegiate level.
• Knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skill instruction for student athletes with season-long plan.
• Participate in practice instruction and game coaching.
• Recruit and evaluate prospective student-athletes; organize official visits and manage visits budget.
• Assist with academic support, fundraising, and community outreach.
