Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide skill instruction and season-long planning for athletes.
• Assist in practice, game coaching, and travel coordination.
• Recruit and evaluate prospective student-athletes; organize visits and manage budgetary elements.
• Support academic, fundraising, and community outreach activities.
• Maintain records for Total Tiger program participation and NCAA compliance.
• Assist team operations including travel, lodging, meals, and scouting reports.
• Adhere to NCAA rules and complete monthly compliance logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
