Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Test Management, Test Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating test activities across multiple organizations.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition, systems engineering, and testing processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain test plans and documentation.
• Plan and manage test activities through lifecycle.
• Coordinate test events with government stakeholders and contractors.
• Track test requirements, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Prepare test reports and briefings for leadership.
• Maintain test documentation and traceability to requirements.
• Identify test risks and coordinate mitigations.
